How can we say that we love our God,

when we can’t find it in ourselves to love one another?

Why do we find it so hard to put ourselves aside to love?

wrapped in your insecurity…

Why do we find it so hard to pull our pride aside to love?

How can we say that we love our God,

Don’t look on the surface- you’ll see a perfection,

just see me for who I am inside…

Just look at my heart- you’ll see we’re no different,

we just need to learn, and shake off indifference.
