I’m realizing that every day is the same

No matter when I wake up, it’s way too late

Then I will make a point to recognize

That I will never have that morning that I just slept away

Ever again in my life

And it’s a feeling unlike any other

Some might call it purely stubborn

But if I just block it all out and I never leave my house

To sit and whine about the passing time it just seemed
