In chaos dark and supreme

Far beneath in my abysmal sea grave

I’m the giant, I am the ancient

Creature of the deep

You are the blessed, you are the chosen

You disturbed my sleep

And so we meet eye to eye

Through the green waves

Seven long arms reach for the night sky

You’re in my deadly grasp

I will awake you into this nightmare

Just to hear you gasp

Down, down into the rage of the night sea

We tumble on

For a moment in a deadly embrace then,

suddenly you’re gone.

And so we meet…

Deeper, sinking deeper

Life is fading, a calm is coming

Part III (Bittersweet Victory) Narrative

He is alive still he wishes he had died

Along with the creature he’d just

Fought and won

The sleep of the dead seems to him denied

Now after seeing his whole crew die

One by one

Day after day with no wind and no tide

Surrounded by ghosts from a distant shore

Night after night on the ocean he rides

Hands on the helm he steers to forevermore
