I taste a new elevation

Hangin' on a higher state of suspension

Though I know

That I won’t heal my wounds

I feel moved by a revelation

Casting off my twisted condition

Is the way that I feel everytime that it hurts me

I’ve never tried to kill my obsessions

There’s a price for my vices I should know

What’s the use, what’s the need

Of this tortured mess inside
