Observing my glooming past I’d like to turn back

I realize my luck when it is already gone

I can’t see what life has to offer

And my soul can’t rest in peace

Living the present regretting lost moments

Aware that in the future I’ll regret the present

Wasted with my head and eyes behind my back

Too busy to remember rather than live

Time wears me out

It carries memories and feelings away

I’m only a wretched stone in an endless ocean

Every wave steals a part of me until I disappear

The hourglass flows and I’m busy to see the first grains

I open my hand and there’s only dust the wind will carry away

I can’t smile of what comes

Without crying for what I lost
