Hands to the ceiling

Burning, guess I failed at learning

Wonder why

I never earned it

So much blame it’s bursting

And how we lost touch

At the time I didn’t think I’d miss it so much

In the playground

Where they knew us

I’d go back but all the friends I had have grown up

Everything was okay back in the school daze

Panic, fear wrapped in magic

Look outside

Go out and grab it

Feel alive
