when i was twelve, i thought i was going to hell because i didn’t understand

the things the church would tell me.

and i thought it was a joke, the way the pastor spoke when he said 10% belong

to the holy god.

all i ever wanted, was something called the truth.

so then i started watching something called the news.

my young mind gave into the times and blinded eyes of the divide threw me there.

without a care.

it shifted my entire veiw i was clueless about what to do believe.

now i, i’m tired of being tired all the time.

i’ve been stressing and searching for something i just can’t find.

convincing myself that there’s an answer to life.

but more than anything i’m just tired of being lied to.

and i’ve tried to see the way you see, or believe in what you believe.

but the truth is a fact, while faith is a concept.

and i’m still being taught, somewhere in my concsience.
