Rejection - Fifteen

No problems or worries in my life

Just smooth sailing in my sights

But every time I turn my back

Everything just falls apart

Try to take these things in strides

But my feelings I just can’t, I can’t hide

I’m not the one to lay down and die

But I’m not afraid to cry

I can’t let these things get me down

Yeah, I gotta let it go and get my feet back on the ground

In time all things will turn around

But it hurts and I feel so betrayed

But I know in time it all just fades away

Gotta remember tomorrow’s another day

Look to the future, for the calm after the storm

Looking for tomorrow, and the new light that it holds
