Liberation - Inanimate Existence

A day will come

Long after I have left the Earth

In which my name

Will never be spoken again

And only then

Am I truly dead

I float away

Into nothingness

Gazing upon

The realm I have transcended

Although I am not truly gone

Until the last time my name is ever spoken

I am not truly dead

Until they forget me

I am liberated

From the pain of living in a world

Governed by time

The clock is laughing

A constant reminder

Of my finite life

I am liberated

That I have endured throughout the voyage
