Beginning to see there’s more,

I’m hearing a voice at the door.

I’ve always believed there’s more,

I feel an awakening.

How can this be?

He was much too full of life

to pass on, so why now?

Baby daughter points to the ceiling,

says «There's Grandpa», a raised eyebrow.

She can’t bear the thought of losing him.

A feeling of loss comes over her,

tears start falling.

A man that’s always been there like a rock,

now gone, the door is closed and locked.

She feels his presence every single day,

unable to shake sadness away,

Finally she reaches out in heart

to pull her and her pain far apart,

breaking boundaries…

a husband is struggling to attain

a link with her loved one.
