Most of the time

I’ve always crashed and burned

Started out in total confusion

Which only got worse

With every screw I turned

But as I’ve gotten older

As life goes on, you get more and more out of it

I’m more out of it that I ever used to be and they say

Out of it is everything to me

Life depends on how you like yourself

What’ll it be?

Well done, scrambled, or fried?

Which affectations seem the least effective

Will have the greatest effect

To reveal the man inside

But don’t advertise your affectations

It’s just not dignified
