Poor by common standards

Today, I felt the shame

You change, while I stay the same

Your Cross is nothing but wood

Your statue is nothing but stone

Your money is nothing but gold

Your Icons are all alone

A Life, Made of chains

We’re tied to our posessions

Want, all that remains

We’ll never be happy

A world, Made of clay

We yearn to burn out faster

The rain, washes us away

We build it faster

A life time of living in this world

Whats real and what is imagery

Fall to my knees I hold my head

This white noise please help me, heal me

When everything has died for naught

My mind creates this single thought

You live your life all full of lies

You worship your false icons
