What can I do, but keep on moving forward

Mama once said:

I try to think of stormy nights I had.

There’s always the morning light… climbing up the bay.

Day has begun, no one even knows it

I packed my past and now I want to leave it all behind.

Open the door, let yourself go through it

What pulls you back, these fears and fools, release them from your mind.

«Sweet memories of sorrow,

Will only bitter up your day, let them go and walk away.»

Well mom I think I’m ready for tomorrow

Let go of your hand and by myself… take a first step on my own.
