Star Valley Night - Steam Powered Giraffe

Me and my girl went down to the fields to see what we could see

One thousand degrees it was in my mind… It was sunny and bright (and bright)

We couldn’t find any shade for several miles around us

I cried out for rain or just for a nice tall glass of iced lemonade (lemonade)

I would have given anything for that day to turn into a night (a night)

As we laid in the fields I looked up and said with all my might (my might)

Opening a box on my 11th birthday

I received a telescope, I was so happy I went outside with it to play (to play)

I stopped dead in my tracks when I realized the sun
