Warped visions consume my mind

Unable to know what’s right

Run for the door, make way towards the light

Screaming in torment, fear for my life

Misery is now all I have left

As I feel the axe plunge into my chest

I fall down to the floor

They’re laughing at me once more

I feel cold as my lungs fill with blood

I can no longer breathe

Numb my arms and legs feel

As I’m dragged on the earthen ground

Hung like a piece of meat

In the cellar by my wrists

Gutted, my intestines removed

And I slip into eternal rest
