That if we pretended, isn’t there it’s still sure

Well time’s not alotted in equal amounts to me and you

There’s something we can do

We can weep together

Feel our need together

But if we try to heal each other

We both know that it won’t work

But if we weep together

We might feel better

Well people tell you, you should move on

But how can you live again until your pain is gone?

Too many times you’ve hurt

But time will heal the wounds

No one’s prepared to say just how soon

While we’re here together

Can shed some tears together

But if we cried beside each other

I don’t mean that we won’t hurt
