Invisible - The Beautiful Monument

Never will I say that I was ever one of the people that didn’t survive those

times

I never expected I would fit in, but why would I want to?

And what amuses me the most is your attention seeking when you found out I was

doing well and your arrogance was suddenly fleeting

And still I questioned who I wanted to be when everyone around was always using

me

Bad day, not life;

because I’m invisible

You know I’m never gonna follow your lead, why even bother when they already

hate me?

Guess they were right and I was invisible

Memories to you, me and I when you all looked me dead pan in the eyes and said

that the world is a better place when people like me die

Now I look back and I am grateful I cast that memory aside, doing much better

in life
