Disconnect within my head

Cannot tell where I have tread

Lost upon the plains of yore

Memories that I abhor

Shards of present cannot last

Juxtaposed within the past

Hallucinations of the prior

Do their best to draw my ire

Disconnect within my head

Memories permeate dread

Disconnect within my soul

Abstract hole my thoughts doth go

Scattered fragments of my mind

No longer am I defined

Adrift form I lose my way
