I’ve come to reach beyond to fill the emptiness in my bones.

I have nothing left to give.

This is all I am, this is all I know.

Nothing left but pale light illuminates what lies before.

A sea of endless doom.

I die and wake again.

Consume the earth as a worm for the roots to hold.

Drink my body, drink my soul, drink my mind, swallow me whole.

I long to reach beyond, deathless, unending.

Our blood has marked our banner, pulled from the depths beneath.

Mist among the hollow, I long to reach beyond.

Old kings have come and gone.

They rot away upon the throne.

I’ve come t reach beyond, deathless I carry on.
